Shipping delivery policy for physical products
This is our shipping and delivery policy. It will apply to all orders purchased from us.
Reference to business days in this policy mean the days of Monday to Friday (excluding any UK public or bank holidays).
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders received on or before 2pm (BST) Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Expect an email at the time of processing to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - From Unit A, Cartwright Mill Business Park, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 5LT
Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 8am until 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Please check if you are wanting to collect on a weekend, as we can be out at conventions.
All Royal Mail orders are collected at 3:45pm and immediately taken to the sorting office. Once your order has been scanned the tracking information will be updated and you can see it on the move.
DPD is taken to a drop of point. This is generally at lunch time or on or after 4:30 pm depending on when your order was received. We can’t guarantee delivery of a third party and the delivery date will be subject to when they collect from the drop off point. SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the number of items ordered, and in addition, your order may be delivered in separate shipments.
All of our orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been processed for despatch. You will have the choice of delivery options when you purchase your order. Please note that large orders may attract additional shipping costs. You will be notified before your order is dispatched should this be the case.

ROYAL MAIL 28 HOUR TRACKED - large letter
The delivery fee for this shipping service is £2.50.
This shipping service will be free of charge for orders £30 and over.
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days.
ROYAL MAIL 48 HOUR TRACKED - large letter
The delivery fee for this shipping service is £2.70.
This shipping service will be free of charge for orders £30 and over.
Your order will usually be delivered within 1-2 business days.
You can track your order at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item entering your tracking reference number, which will be emailed to you within your despatch confirmation email.
DPD - large letter
The delivery fee for this shipping service is £4.80.
Your order will usually be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Please note that DPD offers a next business day delivery service. This is only for the next business day, for example if you order on a Friday, and are expecting to receive your order on Saturday then we would recommend Royal Mail next day delivery. Although in all these cases we can not guarantee delivery from a third party.

We are currently shipping to the following countries:

Please note that orders to remote locations may incur additional charges. Orders for delivery to remote locations may also have a different time to those stated. Once your order has left the United Kingdom with Royal Mail it will then be the responsibility of your country's delivery service. We have no control over which service is used.

DELAYS
We will make sure, as far as reasonably possible, that your order is delivered in a timely manner with the above timeframes. Please note that we will not be responsible for any orders which are delayed by events outside of our control, such as poor weather conditions, or custom delays.
To prevent delays and ensure a safe delivery of your order by doing the following (we cannot accept liability for lost orders where you fail to reasonably take these steps):
